RETURN POLICY
All returns must be approved by the PSR. Customers may not return products unless they have
received prior written authorization from the PSR; products returned without prior written
authorization from the Company will be prohibited.
We have a return policy in place. The return period is 0-7 days from the date of delivery. They
must be returned at the customer's expense and meet the following conditions:
- The product must be totally new. No cracks, scratches, dirty or marked, or any other signs of
use, for example.
- You must return the product in its original packaging.
- Within 7 days of receiving the product, customers must request a Return Authorization from
the PSR.
WHICH PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
- If a product is found to be dead on arrival, you have the option of having it replaced with the
same product if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and if your claim regarding the
condition of the product is found to be genuine to the satisfaction of PSR or the respective
Dealer in conformance with the return and replacement policies. In any case, you should
dismiss any claims of physical damage caused by the products' handling.
- If a product is found to be dead on arrival, you can have it replaced with the same product if
you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and your claim the about product's condition is
found to be genuine to the satisfaction of PSR or the respective Dealer in conformance with
the return and replacement policies. In any case, any claims of physical damage caused by
the products' handling should be rejected.
- If the item has been opened, used in part, or is somehow damaged. The user is highly advised
to examine the package carefully when accepting products from the delivery agent.
- Any defect or damage not covered by the company's guarantee.
- If the product has been damaged as a result of the its misuse.
