TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please take a moment to review these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), which
govern your access to and use of the Site, before using any of the many useful
services that are available here. You agree to be covered by these Rules, as well as
any additional terms applicable to specific programs in which you may elect to
participate, by accessing or using the Site (including all content and functionality).
Please do not access or use the Site if you do not agree with any of these Terms.
By accessing and using our Site, you also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy,
which outlines what information we collect, how we obtain and use it, our policies
for safeguarding and disclosing information, and your options.
DELIVERY
The products will be supplied using the methods we choose and will be completed as quickly as
possible.
You promise not to make any claims as a result of any delays in the delivery of the product.
You will be accountable for compensating for any additional expenses incurred if you provide an
incorrect address/pin code, resulting in a hazard and delivery delay.
In the case of a wrong delivery or logistics error, only unused and boxed products are eligible for
exchange.
WARRANTY
- With terms to material and workmanship faults, all products and accessories are warranted
for a term specified in the respective product manual.
- In the case that the product purchased requires repair or replacement, the issue must be
handled or addressed exclusively with the authorised service centre.
- Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
BILLING AND PAYMENT
- To pay for any purchases you make from us, you must choose a payment method that
includes cash on delivery, online, credit/debit card, etc. You confirm that every time you use
the service.
- Except in the following circumstances, we or our authorised Executives are authorised to
charge your selected payment method or collect such amounts due directly or through other
payment means prior to delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, we or our authorised Executives
are authorised to charge your selected payment method or collect such sums owing directly
or through other payment means prior to delivery. In any case, you will be liable to fully
compensate us for any additional charges and interest incurred as a result of any failure or
excessive delay of more than 3 days in receiving credit for payments made by you via
internet, credit/debit card, or other means.
- Even if your registration is cancelled or terminated, we may submit charges generated under
your account for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges. Unless otherwise
required by law, you agree that we may charge your payment method for all amounts payable
to us without additional notice or agreement.
- You are responsible for all charges made under your account, whether made by you or
someone else (including your children, family or friends).
- You must tell us of any billing issues or discrepancies within three days of the purchase date.
- If you do not notify us of any problems or differences within 5 days just after purchase date,
you agree to lose your right to contest such problems or discrepancies. In any case, if such
differences occur due to a default that is not in any way our fault, no claims of any kind
should be entertained.
- If a product is found to be dead on arrival, you have the option of having it replaced with the
same product if you notify us within 24 hours of delivery and if your claim regarding the
condition of the product is found to be genuine to the satisfaction of PSR or the respective
Dealer in conformance with the return and replacement policies. In any case, you should
dismiss any claims of physical damage caused by the products' handling.
